22 years ago on this day, the Indian team created history on the soil of England. Under the captaincy of Sourav Ganguly, Team India defeated England in the final of the NatWest Series. India won the match by scoring 326 runs with three balls and two wickets remaining. Mohammad Kaif played an unbeaten innings of 87 runs, for which he was chosen as the Player of the Match.
