Team India is going to tour Australia in November for a five-match Test series under the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. The Australian team has not won a single Border-Gavaskar Trophy since 2014-15. On the other hand, the Indian team has won the last two series played in Australia, Rohit Sharma and company would like to score a hat-trick by defeating the Kangaroos in the upcoming series as well.

Meanwhile, Australian Test captain Pat Cummins says that winning the Border-Gavaskar Trophy is an unfulfilled dream for most of the team’s players. Cummins has played four Test series against India so far, and he is confident that the team will defeat India at home in the upcoming series.

This is a trophy I have never won before… It is a trophy that not many players in our group have won. We have achieved some amazing things over the last few years as a Test group. You back yourself to win every series at home. I think you need to try. That is the biggest challenge for us this summer. They are a really good team. We have played them a lot, we know them well and we are in a good position right now.

Never regret a break: Cummins

Pat Cummins will not be seen playing in the Scotland and England tour. The fast bowler says that he will return refreshed after the break, which will also help his game.

Anyone who comes back after a break is a little refreshed. You never regret it. I have been bowling without a break for almost 18 months since the World Test Championship. This will give me a 7 or 8 week break from bowling completely and my body will also recover.
