Sarfraz will aim to perform well in both tournaments and keep himself ready for the upcoming Test series against India. However, he knows that with the return of Virat Kohli and KL Rahul in the middle order, his place in the playing XI is not guaranteed.

Sarfaraz Khan gave a big statement regarding Bangladesh Test series

“I have no expectations… but if the opportunity comes, I will be ready. I have always been doing this and I see no reason to change it,” Sarfaraz Khan was quoted as saying by the Indian Express. He further added, “Some get a break very early in their career. Some have to wait. In my case, I am lucky that it took time because I got a chance to spend a lot of time in domestic cricket and that experience helped me become a better batsman.”

The Mumbai batsman further said, “When I debuted, I was nervous for the first three balls. But after that, I was in control. Whatever I used to do at the domestic level, I was doing the same in Test cricket. I was very clear in my mind. I was not looking at the opposition or the bowler.”
