David Warner, who bid farewell to red ball cricket with the last Test match against Pakistan in Sydney, expressed his dissatisfaction with the captaincy ban imposed on him.
Warner told Code Sports in his first interview after retirement, obviously, if permission is given in Australia then I will be able to do coaching. But I can’t captain. I’m not sure what it is. It is under contract with Australia. This is a leadership position. So I’m not sure, I don’t know. it’s so weird.

Warner banned from captaincy for life in 2018
