ICC has revealed the names of players nominated in both women’s and men’s categories.
The International Cricket Council (ICC) today on May 6 has announced the nominated players included in the list of ‘Player of the Month’ for the month of April. Let us tell you that in this list, the players who have performed brilliantly in the women’s and men’s categories in the month of April have got a place in it.
In this list, in the women’s category, Sri Lankan captain and veteran all-rounder Chamari Atapattu (CHAMARI ATAPATTU) has been included. It is noteworthy that Chamari had performed brilliantly in the ODI and T20 series against South Africa and UAE in the month of April.
Apart from this, due to West Indies’ excellent performance on the Pakistan tour, the team’s veteran all-rounder Hayley Mathews (Hayley Matthews) Has also got a place in this list. Whereas in the month of April, South Africa women’s cricket team’s opening batsman Laura Walworth (Laura Wolvaardt) Have also been successful in making a place.

After women, one cricketer each from Pakistan, UAE and Namibia has been successful in making their place in this list. Pakistan cricket team’s young fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi is also among the players who have been nominated for this award.
