Afghanistan’s tour of India 2024, IND vs AFG: Former Indian opening batsman and cricket commentator Aakash Chopra (Akash Chopra) by KL Rahul (KL Rahul) has expressed his disappointment at being dropped from the Indian cricket team for the upcoming three-match T20I series against Afghanistan.

Aakash Chopra said on his YouTube channel: “When you want to go back to your senior players, then what is KL Rahul’s fault? If you are making the team on the basis of performance in the last T20 World Cup, then both Rohit and Rahul did not perform well. Both are in the same boat. After that, if we look at the previous ODI World Cup, both Rohit and Rahul have performed well.

Then both names should have been in the T20I team. Rahul still remains in the lower order and bats. So you could feed him there also. Well, Rahul is not in the team, but Rohit has been selected.
