IND vs BAN 2nd Test: The second match of the ongoing Test series between India and Bangladesh is being played at the Green Park Stadium in Kanpur from today, 27th September. Let us tell you that after winning the toss in this match, the host team decided to bowl and invited Bangladesh to bat first.

However, today rain spoiled the fun on the first day of the game. Rain affected play for a few overs once in the first session, but once again, it rained heavily just before tea time on the first day of play.

Seeing the heavy rain, it did not seem that the game would be able to start till the end of the day. Due to heavy rain the umpires have declared stumps. At the time of stump on the first day, visiting Bangladesh has scored 107 runs at the loss of 3 wickets after 35 overs.

If we talk about the match in detail, captain Rohit Sharma won the toss and decided to bowl first, which was quite surprising, because it becomes very difficult to bat in the fourth innings in India. But still Rohit and management decided to bowl first in the second test match.

Zakir Hasan and Shadman Islam came to bat as openers for Bangladesh. The first wicket fell in the form of Zakir Hasan, when he got a wicket in the hands of Yashasvi Jaiswal against Akashdeep in the 9th over without opening the account. Jaiswal took an excellent catch and showed Hasan the way to the pavilion. So after this, his partner Shadman was once again out LBW by Akashdeep for 24 runs.

After this, captain Nazmul Hussain Shanto, who came to bat, was out LBW against Ashwin after scoring 31 runs. So at the end of the day, Mominul Haq is present with 40* and Mushfiqur Rahim with 6*. So far, Akashdeep has got 2 wickets and R Ashwin has got 1 wicket from India’s side.
