Team India Records in 3rd T20I Against Bangladesh: The last match of the three-match T20 series between India and Bangladesh is being played on October 12 in Hyderabad. Team India won the toss and batted first and set a series of records. The team scored 297 runs after losing 6 wickets, which is the second highest total in the history of T20 International. Let us tell you, this is also the highest total of Team India so far in this format.

Batting first in the match against Bangladesh, India suffered its first blow in the third over itself. Abhishek Sharma (4) lost his wicket against Tanzim Hasan Saqib. After this, the pair of Sanju Samson and captain Surya took charge, both of them batted brilliantly.

Sanju Samson scored the first T20 International century of his career and scored 111 runs in 47 balls with the help of 11 fours and 8 sixes. Suryakumar Yadav scored 75 runs in 35 balls with the help of 8 fours and 5 sixes. Whereas, Ryan Parag contributed by scoring 34 runs in 13 balls and Hardik Pandya contributed by scoring 47 runs in 18 balls.

297 – India made the second highest score in T20 history. Nepal had scored 314 runs against Mongolia during the 2023 Asian Games.

297 – India also broke the record of its highest team total in T20 International. His previous highest total was 260 runs for five wickets against Sri Lanka in Indore in 2017.

82 – India made its highest powerplay score of 82 runs for one wicket. He broke the record of 82 runs for two wickets against Scotland in the 2021 T20 World Cup.

7.1 – India scored its fastest team century in T20 International in 7.1 overs. He broke the record of eight overs at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai in 2019.

152 – India made the second highest score of T20I by scoring 152 runs for one wicket after the first 10 overs. Australia’s highest score of 156 runs against Scotland in Edinburgh earlier this year is the highest.

2 – Sanju Samson scored the second fastest century by an Indian in T20 International. Rohit Sharma made this record in 35 balls against Sri Lanka in 2017.

173 – Sanju Samson and Suryakumar Yadav made the third highest partnership for India in T20Is. The 190* run partnership of Rohit Sharma and Rinku Singh against Afghanistan in 2024 is at number one. Deepak Hooda and Samson’s 176-run partnership against Ireland in 2022 is second in this list.

71 – Suryakumar Yadav has become the second fastest Indian to score 2500 runs in T20 International. Virat Kohli is the fastest batsman to achieve this feat in 68 innings.

3 – Sanju Samson recorded the third highest individual score against Bangladesh in T20 International. Brendon McCullum’s 123 runs in 2012 are still the highest. Pakistan’s Ahmed Shahzad had scored unbeaten 111 runs in 2014.

14 – India made the record of scoring the second fastest 200 runs by any team in T20 International. He broke South Africa’s record of 13.5 overs against West Indies in Centurion in 2023.

22 – India broke its record of hitting most sixes in an innings of T20 International. In Indore 2017, he hit 21 sixes against Sri Lanka.
