Let us tell you that India scored 376 runs after losing all wickets in their first innings. Ravichandran Ashwin scored 113 runs with the help of 11 fours and two sixes for the team. Apart from Ashwin, Ravindra Jadeja scored 86 runs. Both of them put pressure on the Bangladesh bowlers and played valuable innings for their team.
In reply, Bangladesh was all out for 149 runs in their first innings. Shakib Al Hasan scored 32 runs for the team while Mehdi Hasan Miraz contributed 27* runs. Nazmul Hasan Shanto scored 20 runs while Liton Das was out after scoring 22 runs. For India, Jasprit Bumrah took four wickets while Akash Deep, Mohammad Siraj and Ravindra Jadeja took 2-2 wickets each.
Captain Rohit Sharma could not score big in the second innings of the Indian team and was out after scoring 5 runs. Yashasvi Jaiswal scored 10 runs while Virat Kohli returned to the pavilion on a personal score of 17 runs. By the end of the second day’s play, the Indian team has scored 81 runs after losing three wickets in its second innings. The team has maintained a lead of 308 runs against Bangladesh.
