England’s Test tour of India 2024, IND vs ENG: Sarfaraz Khan (Sarfaraz Khan)’s father Naushad Khan did not want to come to his debut in the third Test match against England in Rajkot, because the batsman could feel the pressure due to his presence there.

This was revealed by Mumbai’s star batsman himself after the end of the first day’s play of India vs England third test match. But some people convinced Naushad Khan to participate in Sarfaraz’s debut match and he is none other than Team India’s star batsman Suryakumar Yadav.

Sarfaraz Khan’s father was able to reach Rajkot because of Suryakumar Yadav.

After the conclusion of the first day’s play of the Rajkot Test, Naushad Khan revealed that Suryakumar Yadav (Suryakumar Yadav) messaged him and convinced him to reach Rajkot to experience the glory of the memorable day for his son. He also revealed the message from Suryakumar, due to which he could not stop himself from coming to Rajkot.

According to PTI, Naushad Khan said: “I first thought that I would not come, because it would put some kind of pressure on Sarfaraz and besides, I also had a little cold. But Surya’s message changed my mind, made me melt.”

Reading Suryakumar Yadav’s message, Sarfaraz’s father said: “I understand your feelings. But trust me, when I made my Test debut (against Australia in Nagpur in March last year) and was getting my Test cap, my father and mother were with me. And that moment was very special. “These moments don’t come around very often, so I suggest you must be there.”

Then Naushad Khan prepared to go to Rajkot. He finally said: “After this message from Surya, I couldn’t stop myself from coming. Just took a pill and came here tomorrow.”
