Mark Wood was the only fast bowler for England in the first Test match played at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad. Mark Wood bowled 25 overs in the first Test against India and did not get a single wicket. Despite this, the English player is quite happy with his role.

This was Mark Wood’s first match in the subcontinent and he revealed about his challenges regarding the same. He said that while bowling, he reminded him a lot of James Anderson because they talk to each other a lot during the match. It feels very strange when you get only one over and after that the ball is given to another bowler.
