Currently, the fifth and final match of the five-match Test series between India and England is being played in Dharamsala. This match is very special for Indian spinner Ravichandran Ashwin. Actually this is Ravichandran Ashwin’s 100th international test match.

Before the start of the match, when Indian team head coach Rahul Dravid was giving a good message about Ravichandran Ashwin, the experienced spinner had tears in his eyes. Not only this, his wife Preeti Ashwin and two young daughters were also standing there with him. Rahul Dravid’s message was liked by many people and the people who came to the stadium cheered loudly for the experienced spinner.

There are many records that Ravichandran Ashwin has made in his name. He is counted among the best spinners in the world. Ravichandran Ashwin has left his mark in international cricket not only with bowling but also with batting. Ravichandran Ashwin’s wife Preeti Ashwin also praised her husband.

BCCI has released a video on its official social media account in which Preeti is saying, ‘This is really a very special day. The build-up to Ravichandran Ashwin’s 100th Test was tremendous. We were watching it like another match. But I don’t think it is an easy thing for any player to achieve this feat.

We’ve been talking about this a lot over the past few weeks and it’s really a big thing to achieve this milestone. He has achieved this feat only with the help of his teammates and family. He really got a lot of support from everyone.

Ravichandran Ashwin has performed very well in this entire tournament. Even in the fifth and final Test being played at this time, he bowled very well in the first innings and took four wickets for 51 runs. Kuldeep Yadav took 5 wickets in the first innings for the Indian team and due to the bowling of these two, the English team was all out for 218 runs in its first innings.
