RP Singh has given a big statement regarding England’s experienced batsman Joe Root losing his wicket against Jasprit Bumrah. Let us tell you, currently England is playing the third test against India in Rajkot.

England’s brilliant batsman Joe Root failed to make a big score in the first innings of the third Test and was out after scoring 18 runs on the ball of Jasprit Bumrah. Joe Root was trying to play a reverse scoop on Jasprit Bumrah’s ball but the ball hit his bat and went to Yashasvi Jaiswal standing at second slip where he took a very good catch.

India had scored 445 runs in its first innings after losing all the wickets, in response to which England was all out for 319 runs in its first innings. RP Singh, during a conversation on Colors Cineplex, said, ‘If the shot that Root played had been played by someone else in domestic cricket or at the club level, his career would have been completely over.

They need to get it right first because you can’t play this way. I don’t know how the support staff will view this shot. I did not expect at all that such a brilliant player would play such shots and that too against Jasprit Bumrah. I was quite surprised to see this.
