The onfield umpire declared Jack Crawley not out. After which Rohit Sharma took review and the third umpire declared Jack Crawley out. Bumrah-Ashwin led the team to victory
Talking about the match, Team India had put 396 runs on the board in the first innings on the strength of Yashasvi Jaiswal’s 209 runs. The England team was all out for 253 runs in the first innings due to Jasprit Bumrah’s 6 wicket haul. Team India scored 255 runs in the second innings on the strength of Shubman Gill’s 104 runs. England had a target of 399 runs to win.
The England team had made a good start. But then today on the fourth day the team was seen losing wickets continuously. There was no big partnership seen between any of the batsmen.
