Indian team’s experienced batsman Virat Kohli was seen at Mumbai’s private airport today i.e. on 22nd October, before the second Test against New Zealand to be played in Pune. Let us tell you that the second test between Team India and New Zealand is starting from October 24 at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune.

Most of the team players reached Pune on October 21 but Virat Kohli stayed in Mumbai to spend some more time with his family. Virat Kohli was seen attending Krishnadas Kirtan with his wife Anushka Sharma on October 20, hours after the end of the first Test.

Talking about Virat Kohli, the experienced player could not even open his account in the first innings of the first Test played against New Zealand. However, in the second innings, he batted brilliantly and scored 70 runs with the help of 8 fours and one six. During this innings, Virat Kohli became the fourth Indian batsman to complete 9000 Test runs.

Team India had a disappointing performance in the first Test match played in Bengaluru and that is why New Zealand won it by 8 wickets. Team India was all out for 46 runs in the first innings of the first Test, in response to which New Zealand scored 402 runs in its first innings. However, in the second innings, Team India batted very well and scored 462 runs. For the team, Sarfaraz Khan scored 150 runs while Rishabh Pant contributed 99 runs.

However, New Zealand achieved the target of 107 runs by losing two wickets. Even though Team India could not win the first Test, the team would definitely like to win the second Test against New Zealand. Virat Kohli would also like to perform well in the second test.
