According to Chris Broad, the Indian team had bowled two overs less and that is why this fine has been imposed on them.

At present the Indian team has 14 points. If the Indian team has to secure its place in the final of the World Test Championship for the third consecutive time, then it is very important for them to win the second and final Test match against South Africa and the five-match Test series against England by a long margin.

In the first Test match played against South Africa, KL Rahul scored a brilliant century in the first innings for the Indian team and Virat Kohli batted very well in the second innings. He himself gave the statement that apart from Jasprit Bumrah, no other bowler could leave his mark in this match.

It is very important for the Indian team to win the second and final test match.

The second and final Test match between South Africa and India starts from 3 January. Talking about South Africa, all the players of the team had performed very well in the first test and they would like to continue their form further. Dean Elgar was awarded the Player of the Match award for his valuable innings.
