The second qualifier match of the ongoing IPL season was played yesterday on 24th May between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Rajasthan Royals. In this match played at MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai, Hyderabad won against Rajasthan by 36 runs and qualified for the final.

After winning the toss, Rajasthan decided to bowl, and while batting first, Hyderabad scored 175 runs at the loss of 9 wickets in 20 overs despite a bad start. Whereas when Rajasthan came out to chase this target, it could score only 139 runs at the loss of 7 wickets in the stipulated overs and had to face defeat by 36 runs in the match.

All-rounder Abhishek Sharma, who failed in batting, played an important role in stopping Rajasthan on such a low score. In the match, he took 2 big wickets giving only 24 runs in 4 overs. But now Abhishek has given a big statement on his amazing bowling.

Let us tell you that after the match between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Rajasthan Royals ended, during the post-match, Abhishek Sharma said – Honestly, I did not know that I would bowl in this match but I was quite prepared for my bowling, because I have been working hard on my bowling. My batting has been good in the last two years, so I wanted to work on my bowling with my father.

Abhishek further said- Pat Cummins used the spin bowlers well in the match. There was more turn in the second innings due to the absence of dew. But the pressure on the team increased because of me, so perhaps I got a chance to bring back the smile on the team. Shahbaz Ahmed also performed well in bowling.
