IPL 2024: “Drop him from the team…”- Ruturaj Gaikwad did not score runs again, fans trolled him fiercely.

The 18th match of IPL 2024 is being played between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Chennai Super Kings at Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium, Hyderabad. Sunrisers Hyderabad captain Pat Cummins has decided to bowl first after winning the toss. Batting first, Chennai Super Kings suffered two early setbacks. Both Rachin Ravindra and Ruturaj Gaikwad have returned to the pavilion cheaply against Sunrisers Hyderabad.

Rachin Ravindra (12) became the victim of Bhuvneshwar Kumar in the fourth over. After the fall of the first wicket, the responsibility of captain Ruturaj Gaikwad had increased further. But Ruturaj also failed to play a big innings, and CSK lost 2 important wickets at the score of 54. Ruturaj Gaikwad once again could not play a big innings for the team this season, after which fans are seen trolling him fiercely on social media.

Shahbaz Ahmed was bowling the 8th over of the innings of Chennai Super Kings. Ruturaj Gaikwad tried to play a big shot on the very first ball of the over. But the ball went straight into the hands of Abdul Samad posted at long-on. Against Sunrisers Hyderabad, Ruturaj Gaikwad could score only 26 runs in 21 balls with the help of 3 fours and 1 six.
