Jack Fraser McGurk and Abhishek Porel scored half-centuries for Delhi

Sanju Samson’s stormy innings went in vain for RR

Rajasthan, while chasing the target, did not have a good start. The team suffered a big blow in the very first over when Yashasvi Jaiswal was out on the very second ball of the innings. After this, Sanju Samson and Jos Buttler took over the innings and there was a partnership of 63 runs between them. However, after this Sanju Samson and Riyan Parag tried to take control of the team, looking at the way Samson was batting, it seemed that today he would return only after making the team win, but it could not happen. The captain did not get support from any other batsman from the other end and under the pressure of increasing the required run rate, his team again appeared to be disintegrating.

Sanju Samson scored the most runs for Rajasthan Royals. He played an inning of 86 runs in 46 balls, which included 8 fours and six sixes. Apart from that, Riyan Parag was out after scoring 27 runs in 22 balls, Shubham Dubey was out after scoring 25 runs in 12 balls. Talking about Delhi’s bowling, Kuldeep Yadav, Khalil Ahmed, and Mukesh Kumar took two wickets each. Whereas Akshar Patel and Rasikh Dar Salam got one wicket each.
