IPL 2024: Hemang Badani reveals big secret about T. Natarajan, you might not even know this about the best fast bowler


Former Indian player and Sunrisers Hyderabad coach Hemang Badani has praised T Natarajan.

On April 20, a great match was played between Delhi Capitals and Sunrisers Hyderabad at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi in IPL 2024. All the bowlers gave a lot of runs in this match. However, for Sunrisers Hyderabad, the best fast bowler T Natarajan took four important wickets by giving away 19 runs in four overs.

Let us tell you, a total of 465 runs were scored in this match and out of this, Natarajan gave only 19 runs. Former Indian player and Sunrisers Hyderabad coach Hemang Badani has praised T Natarajan. He also said that the young fast bowler has worked very hard and because of that he is where he is today.

When one talks to him, it becomes clear that he has gone through a lot and is in a very good condition at the moment. He is truly a role model for many people.

Let us tell you, T Natarajan comes from a very ordinary family and his father worked as a daily wage laborer in a saree manufacturing unit and his mother used to sell snacks on the roadside. He has suffered a lot to play professional cricket. Natarajan could not even buy notebooks and pencils during his school days.

However, the excellent fast bowler started his cricketing journey with tennis ball cricket and his mentor Jayaprakash understood his ability. It was Jayaprakash who got Natarajan entry into the fourth division of TNCA. Natarajan has also played international cricket for the Indian team. He has also bowled very well for the Indian team.

Haryana’s Anshul Kamboj created history, did this feat in Ranji Trophy after 39 years

Haryana fast bowler Anshul Kamboj has registered his name in the history of Ranji Trophy on Friday. He became the first bowler in 39 years to take all 10 wickets in an innings. He achieved this remarkable feat in the match between Haryana and Kerala at Chaudhary Bansi Lal Cricket Stadium in Lahli on Friday. Kamboj is only the third bowler in the storied history of the tournament to achieve this spectacular feat. The 23-year-old bowler destroyed the Kerala batting line-up with his excellent bowling. He took all 10 wickets for 49 runs in his spell, which restricted Kerala to 291 runs in their first innings. Before Anshul, Premangshu Chatterjee of Bengal had taken 10 wickets for 20 runs against Assam in 1956. Whereas Pradeep Sundaram of Rajasthan had achieved this feat by giving 78 runs against Vidarbha in 1985. Kamboj is the sixth Indian bowler to take 10 wickets in overall first class cricket. Before him, veteran spinners Anil Kumble, Subhash Gupte and Debashish Mohanty have achieved this feat. Apart from this, this is the best bowling figure made by any bowler while playing for Haryana. Earlier, Joginder Sharma had taken eight wickets against Vidarbha in the 2004/05 season. Recently, while playing for India C in the Duleep Trophy, he took 8 wickets in an innings, becoming the third player to do so in the history of the tournament.
