Actually, during the second innings, the experienced fast bowler got injured in his ankle while trying to stop the ball at the boundary. After which he looked in a lot of pain. The physio immediately came to the field and then he had to leave the match midway.

Before getting injured, Ishant Sharma looked in good form. He bowled two overs and got the precious wicket of Shikhar Dhawan for 16 runs. Apart from this, Jonny Bairstow was also run out in his own over. The team will be hoping that his injury is not serious.
