In this match, all the players from Sunrisers Hyderabad performed very well and played an important role in their team’s victory. The team did not have a good start in this match, however, experienced wicketkeeper batsman Heinrich Klaasen played an important innings of 50 runs with the help of four sixes in 34 balls while batting aggressively. Apart from Klaasen, Rahul Tripathi scored 37 runs in 15 balls with the help of 5 fours and 2 sixes. Travis Head contributed 34 runs.

Abhishek Sharma failed to score big against Rajasthan and was dismissed after scoring 12 runs. Shahbaz Ahmed played an innings of 18 runs. Avesh Khan bowled very well for Rajasthan Royals and took three wickets for 27 runs in four overs. Trent Boult took three wickets for 45 runs in four overs while Sandeep Sharma took two wickets. The bowlers of Rajasthan Royals left their mark in this match.

Sunrisers Hyderabad confirmed their place in the final

Rajasthan Royals failed to perform well while chasing the target and could only score 139 runs after losing 7 wickets in 20 overs. Dhruv Jurel batted very well for the team and played an important innings of 56* runs with the help of 7 fours and 2 sixes in 35 balls but he failed to give victory to Rajasthan Royals.

Apart from Dhruv Jurel, Yashasvi Jaiswal played a brilliant innings of 42 runs. However, apart from these two batsmen, no other player could score big and due to this Rajasthan Royals had to face defeat. Shahbaz Ahmed bowled very well for Sunrisers Hyderabad and took three wickets for 23 runs in four overs. Not only this, Abhishek Sharma took two wickets for 24 runs in four overs. T. Natarajan and captain Pat Cummins took 1-1 wickets. The final match of Indian Premier League 2024 will be played between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Kolkata Knight Riders on 26 May.
