Recently, Cheteshwar Pujara scored his 9th double century in an important Ranji Trophy match against Chhattisgarh. MSK Prasad said, ‘Cheteshwar Pujara recently scored a double century in Ranji Trophy. He also has experience and the strength that Team India needs in Australia would also be provided by Pujara. I think that if he had to select Nitish Reddy, he would have played the young player in at least one match for India A. He has scored 993 runs in 11 matches at an average above 47, which includes three centuries and five half-centuries.
