The 50th match of the ongoing season of IPL 2024 was played yesterday on 2 May between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Rajasthan Royals. Let us tell you that in this exciting match played at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Rajasthan had to face defeat by 1 run.

Let us tell you that while batting first, Hyderabad scored 201 runs at the loss of 3 wickets in 20 overs. For SRH, opener Travis Head played a brilliant inning of 58 runs while Nitish Reddy remained unbeaten on 76* and Heinrich Klaasen remained unbeaten on 42*.

After this, when Rajasthan came to chase this target, it could score only 200 runs at the loss of 7 wickets in 20 overs. Rajasthan needed 13 runs in the last over to win, but the opposing team’s experienced bowler Bhuvneshwar Kumar spent only 11 runs and his team won the match by 1 run in a thrilling manner.

However, now on this defeat of Rajasthan, a big statement has come out from the team’s young batsman Riyan Parag, who played a brilliant inning of 77 runs in the match. Parag says that SRH bowled better than us, due to which they got the victory.
