Ireland created history by defeating Afghanistan in the only test, recorded their first win in the test format.


Ireland defeated Afghanistan by 6 wickets in the only Test match played at Tolerance Oval in Abu Dhabi.

Ireland defeated Afghanistan by 6 wickets in the only Test match played at Tolerance Oval in Abu Dhabi. In this match, all the players from Ireland performed very well and played an important role in the victory of their team. Talking about Afghanistan, the team players failed to leave their mark in this match.

Mark Adair bowled very well for Ireland and led his team to victory. Let us tell you, in the only test, Afghanistan won the toss and decided to bat. Batting first, Afghanistan was all out for 155 runs in its first innings. On behalf of the team, opener Ibrahim Zadran batted very well and scored 53 runs. Karim Janat contributed 41* runs.
