Australia cricket team’s star all-rounder Glenn Maxwell has given a big statement on the issue of fainting after drinking alcohol. Maxwell has said that this incident has affected his family more than him.

It is noteworthy that earlier this year in January, Maxwell had attended a party in Adelaide, and during this innings, Maxwell drank so much alcohol that he became completely unconscious. This incident took place shortly before the start of the three-match T20 series against West Indies.

It was about preparing myself between this T20 series and the upcoming T20 series. We know that we have to play four international matches before the T20 World Cup. I want to make sure that I prepare myself as much as I can for the tournament.

He batted brilliantly in the second T20 match against West Indies on 11 February and scored a brilliant century of 120* runs in 55 balls, and played an important role in helping the team win by 34 runs.
