After India Champions’ five-wicket win in the final of the World Championship of Legends 2024, a big statement has come from former Indian player Ambati Rayudu. It is worth noting that Rayudu played a match-winning innings of 50 runs in 30 balls in the final against Pakistan Champions.
Rayudu called it a remarkable achievement, given the challenge of competing in such a prestigious tournament with active cricketers. He stressed that the India champions, lacking current active players, need to improve their performance.

Rayudu further said- This is not an easy league, but it was great. To be successful in the tournament, we have to improve our game. We played some matches very badly during the tournament. But still we performed really well in our last two matches, because the team had the mindset to do so.

Batting first, Pakistan Champions scored a total of 156 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in 20 overs.
