South Africa resumed their second innings on 223-5 on the third day of the Test match with Vereen batting on 50 and Wiaan Mulder on 34. Dan Seales continued from where he left off on the second day and devastated the visitors’ batting line-up. Mulder was trapped LBW by Jommel Warrican in the first over of the innings.

Seals then came in and started wreaking havoc, dismissing Keshav Maharaj for zero. He tried to stop the length delivery but was caught at short midwicket. Seals then clean bowled Verin to complete the second memorable five-wicket haul of his Test career.

South Africa could only score 23 more runs on the third day in front of the lethal bowling of Jaden Seals and were all out for 246 runs. He bowled a spell in the second innings taking 6 wickets for 61 runs in 18.4 overs. This was the second best spell of his career. This kind of bowling will make him a lethal bowler in the future.
