The price of each player has been fixed and the top three capped players will get Rs 18 crore, Rs 14 crore and Rs 11 crore respectively. The next three players including the uncapped player will get Rs 18 crore, Rs 14 crore and Rs 4 crore respectively. However, the BCCI has given flexibility in the pricing process by allowing teams to be as flexible as they wish in salary allocation for players. Let us tell you that all-rounder Nitish Reddy has been included in the squad for the Border-Gavaskar Trophy against Australia. The selectors are seeing the potential of the next Hardik Pandya in him. And Nitish has also shown his ability. All franchisees have to submit their respective retention lists by 31st October.
