Rajasthan Royals defeated Royal Challengers Bangalore by 4 wickets in the Eliminator of IPL 2024. With this defeat, RCB’s dream of winning the IPL title has once again remained unfulfilled. RCB had a very bad start in the first half of the season and won only one out of its 8 matches, but in the second half, Bangalore made a brilliant comeback and won six consecutive matches to make it to the playoffs.

After the defeat in the eliminator, Indian cricket team’s great batsman Chris Srikkanth has given a blunt advice to Royal Challengers Bangalore. Srikkanth said on his YouTube channel, when you are doing well in life, keep your mouth shut and keep moving forward. If you are doing something and make noise about it, then that work can get spoiled.

If you played badly, accept criticism- Srikkanth

The former cricketer further said that, there was more showing off without any need (after the win against CSK). Therefore everything was destroyed. In cricket you need to shut your mouth and play.

Srikkanth said, if you play well, congratulations, if you play poorly, accept criticism, but you should never open your mouth and show aggression. They are congratulating themselves for qualifying for the playoffs and making a great comeback. CSK and MI have done this many times. Both CSK and Mumbai have won many titles. These guys won six matches and were eliminated as soon as they qualified.

Let us tell you that RCB has not won the title even once till date. The team finished three runners-up in 17 seasons, but was not successful in lifting the trophy.
