What happened was that Mitchell Marsh, who was on strike during the Australian innings on the third day of the game, tried to sweep a ball being bowled by Salman Agha during the 87th over, but during this time the ball hit his helmet. So during this time Babar starts showing fingers to him to concuss him. But after this, photos and videos of this incident go viral on social media.
