- Along with fitness, Rishabh also made a big change in his diet. He had removed high calorie foods from his diet. For this he had to give up his favorite food like fried chicken, rasmalai and biryani.
- While at NCA, Rishabh chose to stay in a rented house instead of a hotel so that he could have home-cooked food. During this period he was allowed to use only 5 ml olive oil. Therefore they had to cook their food in limited oil.
- Along with fitness and diet, Rishabh also made a lot of changes in his sleeping time. To get adequate sleep of eight to nine hours, he used to switch off his phone and iPod after 11 pm.
- He used to wake up early in the morning to exercise and practice cricket for two and a half hours and importantly, his hard work paid off in the form of consistent good performances in the IPL.
