  • Along with fitness, Rishabh also made a big change in his diet. He had removed high calorie foods from his diet. For this he had to give up his favorite food like fried chicken, rasmalai and biryani.
  • While at NCA, Rishabh chose to stay in a rented house instead of a hotel so that he could have home-cooked food. During this period he was allowed to use only 5 ml olive oil. Therefore they had to cook their food in limited oil.
  • Along with fitness and diet, Rishabh also made a lot of changes in his sleeping time. To get adequate sleep of eight to nine hours, he used to switch off his phone and iPod after 11 pm.
  • He used to wake up early in the morning to exercise and practice cricket for two and a half hours and importantly, his hard work paid off in the form of consistent good performances in the IPL.

Rishabh Pant has also reacted after being selected in the T20 World Cup team. They said, “I am waiting for the Indian team to return to the dressing room. I have left no stone unturned for this. I will not give the fans any chance to complain about my performance in the World Cup.”
