Legends League Cricket (LLC) 2024: The upcoming season of Legends League Cricket is starting from 20 September. The LLC 2024 auction took place on 29 August in New Delhi, after which all the franchises have got a strong squad. Veteran players like Dinesh Karthik and Shikhar Dhawan will be seen playing in this tournament. Karthik is a part of Southern Superstars, while on the other hand Shikhar Dhawan was included in the team of Gujarat Giants.

Sri Lanka’s experienced all-rounder Isuru Udana is the most expensive player sold in the auction, he was bought by Urbanisers Hyderabad for Rs 61.97 lakh. Apart from him, Chadwick Walton (Urbanisers Hyderabad for Rs 60.3 lakh) and India’s Dhawal Kulkarni (India Capitals for Rs 50 lakh) are the players sold most expensively in the auction.

Legends League Cricket (LLC) 2024: Schedule and Venue

The upcoming season of Legends League Cricket will be played in Jodhpur, Surat, Jammu and Srinagar. The tournament will start from September 20, while the final will be played in Srinagar on October 16. The first phase will be played from September 20 at Barkatullah Khan Stadium in Jodhpur and the second phase from September 27 at Lalbhai Contractor Stadium in Surat. The third phase will be played at Maulana Azad Stadium, Jammu from October 6, 2024. At the same time, the last phase will be played at Bakshi Stadium in Srinagar from October 10.

Speaking with former England captain Alastair Cook on TNT Sports, Steven Finn said, “Jaiswal scored a brilliant 161, but he is the player I like to watch. That is Jasprit Bumrah. I think he really is the best player in the world. Honestly, sometimes I think bowling like him is a joke! You see him bowling and you just think, I’m glad I don’t have to come out to bat.” He further said, “I was surprised that India went there (Australia) and defeated Australia, where usually it is very difficult to go and play cricket. Perth, I know it’s not the WACA; I know it’s a new stadium, but still, historically, Australia hasn’t lost many matches there. I thought India performed very bravely there.” Let us tell you that, Bumrah now has 118 wickets in 27 Test matches in SENA countries at an impressive average of 22.55, which also includes his career best performance (6/33). During this period, he has taken five wicket hauls 7 times, which is equal to Kapil Dev. They are followed by BS Chandrashekhar and Zaheer Khan (six each), and Bishan Singh Bedi and Anil Kumble (five each).
