Wankhede Stadium jumped with joy due to this six of Surya, fans were seen loudly shouting slogans of Surya-Surya. Suryakumar Yadav then hit another brilliant six on the last ball of the over. A total of 22 runs were scored in this over bowled by Marco Jansen.

Mumbai Indians got their first blow against Sunrisers Hyderabad in the very second over. Ishan Kishan (9) was out against Marco Jansen. After which, in the fourth over, Pat Cummins showed Rohit Sharma (4) the way to the pavilion. After which, in the next over, Naman Dheer was out against Bhuvneshwar Kumar on a duck.
