Sakshi has revealed why Mahendra Singh Dhoni retired from Test cricket so soon? Recently, an old clip was shared by a fan during the KKR vs CSK IPL match played in Chepauk, in which she was seen talking about Dhoni’s sudden retirement from Test cricket in 2014. Sakshi says in the video-

“When he was leaving Test cricket, we got indications that he was going to retire. I also remember telling him, ‘If you want to have a child, you will have to retire from at least one format. Because if you keep playing all three formats, you will not have time to play or have fun with your child.”

In the video, Sakshi is also seen saying, “When Jeeva was born, everyone in the hospital was saying that your husband did not come. Then I told him that his priority is cricket and he is my priority.”

She further said, “People tell me that being his wife, I had to sacrifice a lot. I say there is nothing like that. There is a lot of love between us. “It can’t be called a sacrifice when you are in love.”

Dhoni may retire from IPL
