MS Dhoni’s friend files case in court, hearing to be held on January 29, case of fraud of Rs 15 crore


Legal action was taken against Dhoni by Mihir Diwakar and Soumya Biswas of Arka Sports and Management Limited.

Mahendra Singh Dhoni (MS Dhoni) At present he has to make rounds of the court. Mihir Diwakar and Soumya Biswas of Arka Sports and Management Limited have taken legal action against Dhoni. The hearing regarding this defamation case against Dhoni will now be held in Delhi High Court on January 29. Justice Pratibha A. Singh has asked Mahendra Singh Dhoni to inform.

This is the whole matter

This whole matter is about an agreement made between Mahendra Singh Dhoni (MS Dhoni) and Mihir Diwakar in 2017. Where his plan was to build a Global Cricket Academy. Which included MS Dhoni Sports Complex, MS Dhoni Cricket Academy, MS Dhoni Sports Academy, projects. Dhoni withdrew the authorization letter from Arka Sports on 15 August 2021.

Legal notices were also sent to Arka Sports on behalf of Dhoni. but to no avail. After which Dhoni’s lawyer Dayanand Singh claimed that Arka Sports had cheated him due to which he suffered a loss of more than Rs 15 crore.

Dhoni (MS Dhoni) had filed a case against Mihir Diwakar and Soumya Biswas in Ranchi court. After which Mihir Diwakar and Soumya Vishwas approached the High Court, calling Dhoni’s allegations false. You will be surprised to know that Mihir Diwakar has been a close friend of Dhoni and has also been a business partner.
