I love playing Test cricket- Rinku Singh
Speaking to News 24, Rinku Singh said,
I want to play all three formats. I love playing Test cricket. My batting average in red-ball cricket is 55. I really love playing against the red ball. I enjoy it a lot. Test cricket is a big cricket. Every cricketer plays white-ball cricket, but playing Test cricket is a big deal. Especially, in this era, I am looking forward to playing.
I will play the World Cup next time- Rinku
Rinku Singh was seen struggling in IPL 2024, due to which the management gave more priority to Shivam Dubey for the T20 World Cup 2024. Rinku says that selection is not in his hands and he is ready to work hard to make a place in the next T20 World Cup.
It is every player’s dream to play the World Cup for the country and it is my dream too. I had performed well for India, but team selection is not in my hands. Maybe they (selectors) did not see me bowling at that time, or there was some other different thing. It was the selectors’ decision because of the team combination, but no matter, I will play the World Cup next time, I will work harder.
