T20 World and Cricket World Cup champion Yuvraj Singh’s father Yograj Singh often remains in the headlines due to his statements. However, Yograj Singh himself could not succeed in international cricket, he could play only 1 Test and 6 ODIs for India.

But after this, whatever cricketing skills Yograj had left incomplete, he completed them through his son. Yograj made Yuvraj a world champion cricketer. Apart from this, Arjun, son of the great Sachin Tendulkar, has also taken training from Yograj Singh.

So in a recent interview, Yograj has told what mindset a young cricketer should have to join his academy. Also in this interview, he has shared a story from his childhood with the fans, in which he told how his father killed a tiger.

Yograj Singh gave a big statement

Let us tell you that in a recent interview with Switch, Yograj Singh said- First of all, the fear of death should end. When I was three years old, my father told my mother that we are going to hunt a tiger. My father had a rifle and it was a moonlit night.

We were sitting on a scaffolding. Suddenly the tiger came, the child was about to scream but my mother held his mouth. Then my father shot the tiger from six feet. He shot him in the head and killed him. He fell like a mountain.

Yograj said- That child was speechless. My father asked me to take him down. After this he held me and said- A lion cub does not eat grass. They made me sit on top of the tiger and applied its blood on my forehead and lips. That photo is still in my house.
