Australia’s best fast bowler Jhye Richardson has performed very well in international cricket. However, he has not been seen participating in international cricket for a long time. This is also because Jhye Richardson wants to correct his workload management. Not only this, he also wants to be mentally prepared for the upcoming challenge.

Jhye Richardson has recently made a big disclosure about this. He himself has agreed that playing for Punjab Kings in the Indian Premier League 2021 season and leaving Australia was a very wrong decision. He himself told that at one time he had reached such a situation that he needed a professional to get better from his mental state.

According to cricket.com.au, the brilliant fast bowler said, ‘Many things started with Covid. I left home without thinking anything to play in the Indian Premier League. I had a lot of trouble due to Covid like I was not able to return home quickly. Not only this, my mental health as a cricketer also deteriorated. This happens with many young players.

This is why I needed professional help to recover from it. I can’t tell you much about it but I had to face a lot of problems. Things had gone too bad. I needed more education to use my brain.

I want to play Test cricket for Australia again: Jhye Richardson

Jhye Richardson further said, ‘This has been seen a lot in the Western Australia group. Every player prepares differently and everyone is different from each other. One good thing is that in cricket, many important things are done to recover from this.

Right now I want to participate in Test cricket for Australia again. I really enjoy playing national cricket and right now I am fully prepared to return to the Australian team.
