In the first innings of this match, the opening pair of KL Rahul and Rohit Sharma gave Team India a great start, with a partnership of 126 runs for the first wicket between the two batsmen.
KL Rahul faced 250 balls and scored 129 runs with the help of 12 fours and a six. It was on the basis of this brilliant century that India scored 364 runs in the first innings. Let us tell you, KL Rahul got his name registered on the honor board of Lord’s Cricket Stadium by scoring a century.

Host England also played brilliantly in the first innings of the Lord’s Test, the team scored 391 runs on the basis of Joe Root’s innings of 180 runs. India then declared the second innings at 298 runs, Ajinkya Rahane scored the highest score of 61 runs. At the same time, Mohammad Shami scored an unbeaten 56 runs.
