Former India batsman Manoj Tiwari said that if he had been a selector, he would have definitely selected Yadav as India’s third fast bowler after Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammed Shami.

Speaking to Cricbuzz, Manoj Tiwari said, ‘If I had been in Ajit Agarkar’s position, I would have definitely chosen him. Mayank Yadav would have been my third bowling option after Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammed Shami. Mayank’s form and action are very good and he is bowling with control. I am confident that he will bowl well on the big stage also. He has taken wickets of foreign players in IPL and this will boost his confidence.
