Paras Dogra will captain Jammu and Kashmir in Buchi Babu Tournament 2024, has an excellent record in first-class cricket


Paras Dogra has so far scored 9604 runs in 135 first-class matches at an average of 49.76.

The Buchi Babu Tournament 2024 is starting from August 15 and its final will be played from 8 to 11 September. Indian veteran batsman Paras Dogra will be seen playing for Jammu and Kashmir in the upcoming domestic cricket season, he has also been appointed as the captain of the team for the Buchi Babu tournament. At the same time, Shubham Khajuria will be seen in the role of vice-captain.

Jammu and Kashmir is part of Group D in the tournament along with Chhattisgarh and Baroda. The team will play its first match against Chhattisgarh from 15-18 August and the second against Baroda from 21-24 August.

Paras Dogra has an excellent record in first-class cricket

39-year-old Paras Dogra has been showing his brilliant game in domestic cricket for a long time. He made his debut in the year 2001 and has so far scored 9604 runs in 135 first-class matches at an average of 49.76, which includes 31 centuries and 33 half-centuries.

Paras Dogra was part of the India-A team in the Test match played against West Indies-A in 2013. Paras has represented his home team Himachal Pradesh from 2001 to 2017. At the same time, he was part of Puducherry from 2018-19 to 2023-24.
