PCB sources working closely with the organising committee of the Champions Trophy told PTI:
“If the Indian government refuses to allow Team India to visit Pakistan, it should be in writing and the BCCI will be bound to send such a letter. We insist that the BCCI inform the ICC about its Champions Trophy tour plans at least 5-6 months before the tournament and in writing.”
PCB may get a shock in ICC meeting
