A horrific collision between Shadab Khan and Alex Hales
This heart-wrenching incident happened in the last over of the first innings of Karachi Kings, when Hunnain Shah was bowling. Islamabad United fast bowler Hunnain Shah bowled a low full yorker, on which Karachi Kings batsman Kieron Pollard made space and tried to hit the ball by picking it up from the ground.
After which Alex Hales came running from long-off from one side to catch the ball near the boundary, while Shadab Khan came running from long-on from the other side. Hales moved his hands forward and reached for the ball, but in the process he collided with his captain Shadab and the ball was lost from his hand.
After which both Shadab and Hales fell on the ground and everyone got scared. As a result, the physio immediately rushed to the field and provided medical help to both of them. Thank God that Shadab Khan and Alex Hales did not suffer any major injuries during the scary collision as they recovered quickly after treatment.
