Rules for India vs England semi-final match
There is no reserve day for the semi-final match to be played between India and England. Whereas a reserve day has been kept for the match to be played between Afghanistan and Australia.
250 minutes of extra time will be used if needed for the India vs England semi-final. For the first semi-final on June 26, 60 minutes will be available at the end of the day’s play, with the remaining 190 minutes scheduled for 2 pm on June 27. For the second semi-final on June 27, an additional 250 minutes will be used through extended playing hours on the same day.
If play is interrupted due to rain in the India vs England semi-final match, 250 minutes of extra time is allotted to achieve a result. If the match is completely abandoned without a single ball being bowled due to rain or no result is possible even after using the extra time, India will advance to the final. Actually, India has won all its matches in the group stage and Super-8. India has won all its three matches in Super-8. They have six points in their account while England has four points. On this basis, India will easily qualify for the final.

For the semi-finals and finals, the team batting second must play at least 10 overs for the match to be decided. The final match will be played on June 29 and the reserve day for this has been set on June 30.
