Saurashtra Cricket Association has announced its 15-member squad for the Ranji Trophy 2024-25 season. Veteran fast bowler Jaydev Unadkat has got the captaincy of Saurashtra in the upcoming season of Ranji Trophy. Jaydev Unadkat’s performance has always been very good in Indian domestic cricket and he has a lot of experience of playing in Ranji Trophy as well.

Apart from Jaydev Unadkat, Cheteshwar Pujara has also been included in the team. This is Cheteshwar Pujara’s 20th season in Ranji Trophy. Let us tell you that Cheteshwar Pujara has not been included in the Indian Test team for a long time. However, Cheteshwar Pujara’s performance in England county cricket was excellent and now he will be seen batting brilliantly in the upcoming season of Ranji Trophy also.

Not only this, Team India now has to play the five-match Border-Gavaskar Trophy against Australia and Cheteshwar Pujara will also have his eyes on this important series. He himself will look to make a comeback in Team India. Harvik Desai, Sheldon Jackson and Tarang Gohal have been included in the team as wicketkeeper batsmen. In the last season of Ranji Trophy, Dharmendrasinh Jadeja took 41 wickets and this season he will lead the spin bowling attack.
