Apart from this, no bilateral series has been played between the two teams for more than a decade. They are seen playing against each other only in ICC and ACC events. On the other hand, Pakistan is going to organize an ICC tournament for the first time in 29 years. But due to India’s stance it is still delayed. Veterans say that a solution should be found regarding hosting, otherwise the event may be in trouble.
