Ranji Trophy 2024: Hyderabad captain Tilak Verma (Tilak Verma) has been in great form in the ongoing Ranji Trophy 2024, and he scored a brilliant century against Sikkim on the second day of the Round 3 match currently being played at the Nexgen Cricket Ground in Hyderabad.

After which Hyderabad made a strong start, where Tanmay Agarwal scored 137 runs in 125 balls, while the second opener Rahul Singh scored 83 runs in 64 balls, while Rohit Rayudu, batting at number three, scored 75 runs in 111 balls. Played a brilliant innings.

After which Hyderabad team captain Tilak Verma played an unbeaten inning of 103 runs in 111 balls with the help of eight fours and four fours, while Chandan Sahni scored 54 runs in 56 balls and thus Hyderabad lost four wickets. But declared his first innings at 463 runs.

Tilak Varma scored his second consecutive century

For Sikkim, Sumit Singh and Lee Young Lepcha took one wicket each, while Ankur Singh got two wickets. Let us tell you, this is Tilak Verma’s second consecutive century in the ongoing Ranji Trophy 2024. Earlier, the 21-year-old batsman started his domestic season with a brilliant century against Nagaland. This form is a good sign for Tilak before India’s Test series against England.

The left-handed batsman also stitched an impressive partnership of over 100 runs with Rahul Singh Gehlot, who played a brilliant inning of 214 runs off just 157 balls against Nagaland in Dimapur. Hyderabad won this match by 194 runs.
