So Harsha Bhogle, who was conducting the stage of this award ceremony, asked Ravi Shastri while receiving this award to tell us about some of the best moments of his career related to cricket for more than 40 years, then Shastri said. –

You showed some great moments here which included the final match against Pakistan in 1985. There was a special night in the balcony at Lord’s in 1983 because we won the World Cup. Apart from this, you know that the century in West Indies and double century in Australia are some of the best moments. Also, when MS Dhoni hit the winning six in the final of the World Cup 2011, the commentary during the 2007 T20 World Cup, are some of my greatest moments.

However, after this when you ask me what is the most memorable moment. So that’s when we got over the line in the Gabba Test match in 2021 and Rishabh Pant led us to victory. For this I want to thank all my players.
