SA vs IND 2nd T20i: The second match of the ongoing four-match T20 series between South Africa and India is being played today, Sunday, November 10, at the St. George Park Stadium in Gqeberha. In the match, host South Africa won the toss and decided to bowl.

So while batting first, the Indian team has scored 124 runs at the loss of 6 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs. All-rounder Hardik Pandya played the best inning of 39* runs for Team India, due to which India was successful in reaching this target.

Team India scored only 34 runs in powerplay

For Team India, which batted first after losing the toss, last match’s century-winner Sanju Samson and young explosive batsman Abhishek Sharma came to open the match. But once again both proved unsuccessful in giving a solid start to the team. India got its first blow in the form of Sanju Samson without scoring any runs. He was bowled out for a duck against Marco Jansen.

So after this, on the fifth ball of the second over, Abhishek Sharma got caught out against Gerald Coetzee after scoring 4 runs. Also, captain Suryakumar Yadav was also out LBW against Andile Simelane on the individual score of 4 runs in 9 balls.

Losing three wickets in the first four overs meant that India could score only 34 runs in the powerplay. However, for India, Tilak Verma scored 20, Akshar Patel scored 27 and Hardik Pandya scored 39* runs, due to which India was successful in making a respectable score.

On the other hand, an amazing bowling performance was seen from South Africa. All the bowlers bowled very tightly and took the wickets of the Indian batsmen at regular intervals. For South Africa, Gerald Coetzee, Marco Jansen, Andle Simelane, Aiden Markram and Nqabayomzi Peter got 1-1 success.
